The Director of Operations (DOP) will be responsible for the overall management of events at First National Bank Arena (FNB Arena). This position provides direction, training and development opportunities to front-line managers and part-time staff during events. The DOP will work closely with outside event producers/promoters/coordinators, other FNB Arena Managers and University Officials to successfully accomplish these responsibilities. The facility will provide an atmosphere of community to University Athletics, event organizers, and other facility users.
The DOP will be responsible for the management of facility operations including but not limited to: Maintenance, Housekeeping, Conversions. The Director of Operations will also work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling.
The Child Care Technician is responsible for directing instructional and recreational activities involving pre-school children. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
